We are pleased to recognize and congratulate Sean Fleming and Steve Baggett for prevailing by summary judgment in a highly contested consumer fraud lawsuit in federal court in the State of Idaho. The plaintiff claimed damages that exceeding $500,000,000.00. The District Court rejected the plaintiff’s claims, adopting the arguments made by Sean and Steve in the summary judgment order. We commend Sean and Steve for their diligence, strategic analysis, and outstanding advocacy that contributed to this successful result.
