Overview

Tiffany is an experienced attorney proficient in complex litigation and business law. Before joining Macdonald Devin Madden Kenefick & Harris, P.C., Tiffany worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma, representing agencies in state and federal courts in diverse matters involving tort claims, contract claims, constitutional law, civil rights, and employment discrimination. She also served in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, where she led high-level investigations of housing discrimination under the Fair Housing Act, managed settlement negotiations, and provided legal guidance on compliance issues.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a French minor from Baylor University where she served as the President of the Pre-Law Society. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she served as an editor of the American Indian Law Review, President of the Ada Lois Sipuel Fisher Chapter of the Black Law Students Association, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and founding member of the University of Oklahoma College of Law’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. Tiffany also sharpened her trial advocacy skills through years of competitive experience in debate, trial team, and speech competitions at both the collegiate and law school levels. She is known for her thorough preparation, clear communication, and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Her passion to live a purpose-driven life guides every aspect of her work and fuels her commitment to assisting and improving the Dallas community that shaped her early life.
